Wine

We came to Mendoza for the wine. Spoiler: we found a lot of it. Turns out cycling between vineyards in the Andean sun is one of life's better decisions — especially when every stop involves a glass of Malbec and a winemaker who actually wants to chat. The bodegas here are nothing like we expected. No stuffiness, no spitting into buckets. Just incredible wine, long lazy lunches, and views of the mountains that somehow make everything taste better. We lost count of how many bottles we tried. We gained a serious appreciation for Argentine beef, afternoon naps, and why nobody in Mendoza ever seems to be in a hurry. Honestly, neither were we.
